Refund policy

Every item on our store is printed to order specifically for you, so we handle returns differently than a traditional retailer. Please read this before purchasing.

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or a product not meeting subjective expectations. Because each item is made on demand, returned pieces can't be restocked or resold. Accordingly, please check the size chart in each product description before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll replace it free or issue a refund. Email shop@kwyd.co within 30 days of receiving your order with: your order number, photos of the issue (the item, and the packaging if relevant), and a short description. Claims confirmed as our or our fulfillment partner's error are covered at no cost to you.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows your package never arrived, contact shop@kwyd.co no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Wrong or insufficient address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address you provided was incorrect or insufficient, you're responsible for the cost of reshipping to a corrected address. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately; we may be able to fix it before the item goes into production.

Cancellations. Items go into production quickly, so we often can't cancel or change an order once placed. If you need a change, email shop@kwyd.co as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before production starts.

Mislabeled items. Rare, but if an item's tag doesn't match what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photos, and we'll send a corrected replacement or refund.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
