Shipping policy

Every item on our store is printed to order, made just for you once you place it. That means there's a short production window before anything ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders can't be placed for addresses outside the US.

Processing time. Because each item is made on demand, orders take roughly 3–7 business days to produce before they ship. You'll get a confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking once it's on its way.

Shipping time. Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 3–4 business days. All in, most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where it ships from. Orders are produced and shipped by our on-demand fulfillment partner from US facilities, routed from whichever location can fulfill your order most efficiently.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, email shop@kwyd.co with your order number.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control once an order has been handed off for shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the order to the carrier.

Shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, you're responsible for the cost of reshipping to a corrected address. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email shop@kwyd.co immediately; we may be able to fix it before production starts.

Missing or delayed packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are occasionally marked early or left in an unexpected spot.
